Our child and adolescent psychologists provide warm, confidential counselling for children experiencing anxiety, low mood, big emotions, social difficulties or life changes. We help children understand their feelings and build healthy coping skills.
Using age-appropriate, evidence-based approaches such as play therapy and CBT, we support emotional wellbeing and resilience — always in partnership with families.
