Occupational Therapy

Empowering independence, one skill at a time.

Building fine-motor, sensory and daily-living skills so children can participate fully in everyday life.

Ages

2 – 16 years

Duration

45-minute sessions, 1–2 times per week, with reviews every 10–12 weeks.

Overview

Occupational therapy helps children develop the skills they need for daily activities — from holding a pencil and using cutlery to dressing, playing and self-regulation. Our occupational therapists focus on the 'occupations' of childhood: learning, playing and growing.

Using purposeful, motivating activities, we strengthen fine and gross motor control, hand-eye coordination, sensory processing and attention, so your child can thrive at home, in school and with friends.
